At 808 Cell Phone Repair we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item must not be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electronics that have been opened, used, or activated
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer
  • Undergarments or items for hygiene reasons

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at store@808cellphonerepair.com or call (903) 805-9273 within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for our team to respond with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your order number inside the package
  5. Ship the item back to us at the address below

Please do not send items back without first receiving a return authorization from us as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged item) we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your return is not approved due to the item not meeting our return conditions, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product please contact us at store@808cellphonerepair.com with your order number and the details of what you would like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available we will process a refund instead.


7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@808cellphonerepair.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take additional processing time
  3. Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

9. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be returned for store credit only. Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


10. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return it for store credit in the amount of the item's value. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
