1. Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and internationally. Some remote locations or countries may not be available at checkout. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at store@808cellphonerepair.com before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated 2 to 3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — Estimated 1 business day (order must be placed before 12PM CST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and typically take 7 to 21 business days depending on the country and customs processing. Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country
- 808 Cell Phone Repair is not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
6. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. 808 Cell Phone Repair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at store@808cellphonerepair.com or call (903) 805-9273. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
808 Cell Phone Repair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. For high value orders we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@808cellphonerepair.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or refund.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at store@808cellphonerepair.com or (903) 805-9273. We can only make changes or cancellations before an order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process.
